Precision laser cutting for metal components
Clean cut edges, tight tolerances and the highest quality – laser-cut parts made from stainless steel, steel, aluminium and special materials.
Precise cuts for delicate contours
Laser cutting is one of the most precise and efficient machining processes at Albrecht. Using state-of-the-art CNC technology, we produce dimensionally accurate blanks from stainless steel, steel, aluminium and sophisticated materials such as duplex or super-duplex.
Materials and thicknesses
Following laser cutting, we carry out all furtherprocessing steps directly in our production facility. This includes CNC bending, drilling, countersinking, thread cutting and mechanical machining such as milling or turning. Weld seam finishing, deburring and other surface treatments are also carried out in-house. The entire process chain remains under one roof, resulting in precisely fitting, ready-to-assemble components without any loss of time.
Laser-cut parts often form the basis for complete assemblies. At Albrecht, these are used to produce housings, brackets, fitted components, reinforcements or complex component groups for tank and equipment systems. Every step – from laser cutting through to folding, mechanical machining, welding and pickling – is perfectly coordinated. The result is robust assemblies that can be reliably integrated into machines, plant or tank systems.
Our machinery is designed to deliver the highest level of precision. CNC technology ensures precise cutting, repeatable results and the reliable production of complex contours. The close integration with edge-processing equipment, mechanical machining, welding technology and surface treatment creates a seamless process – from raw sheet metal to the finished component.
An extensive range of materials is immediately available for laser cutting. These include various grades of stainless steel, heat-resistant grades, aluminium, steel, as well as duplex and super-duplex alloys. Thanks to this large stock, production can begin without delay – a significant advantage for projects with tight deadlines or specific material requirements. Rapid availability shortens delivery times and increases planning reliability.
Quality and Control
Production is carried out in accordance with clearly defined quality guidelines and certified standards. On request, we supply laser- and plasma-cut parts with test reports, material certificates or full traceability.
We manufacture our cut-to-size parts in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9013:
This standard defines the relevant quality requirements for thermally cut sheet metal parts and ensures a consistently high cutting quality.
Complete production and inspection documentation can be provided for each project, such as material certificates or welding documentation.
FAQ
We manufacture in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, EN 1090, AD 2000 HP0 and PED 2014/68/EU. Material and test certificates can be provided on a project-specific basis.
Thanks to our extensive stock of materials and high level of in-house production, we are able to offer short lead times. Depending on the scope of the order, we can also meet tight deadlines.
