From technical coordination and design, through cutting, forming and welding, to machining, testing and documentation, we carry out numerous manufacturing stages in-house.

What sort of plant and pipework do we manufacture?

Our manufacturing capabilities range from individual pipework components to custom-designed special solutions for demanding industrial applications. Our existing product range includes, amongst other things, pipe fittings, pipework, Venturi tubes and blow-off pipes.

Pipework

We manufacture pipework to individual specifications based on drawings and technical requirements. The geometry, material, dimensions and design can be precisely tailored to the specific plant and its intended use.

Pipe fittings

We manufacture pipe fittings to suit existing or newly planned pipework systems – for example, for transitions, changes in direction or specific connection requirements.

Venturi tubes

Venturi tubes are manufactured to meet specific fluid dynamics requirements and can be individually integrated into existing plant designs.

Exhaust pipes

We also manufacture large-diameter discharge pipes for industrial plants and pumping stations. Albrecht’s portfolio includes, amongst other things, discharge pipes measuring 35 and 42 metres in length.

Specialised pipework

We also develop and manufacture bespoke pipework solutions for special dimensions, materials or installation scenarios. One example of a project we have completed involves special pipework in DN 1400/1600 made from grade 1.4571, featuring segmented bends, reducers and connecting flanges.
