Design, manufacture and documentation for vacuum vessels

Our vacuum vessels are custom-designed for industrial processes in plant engineering, ranging from compact vacuum tanks to large-volume vacuum kettles. They are used wherever media need to be safely processed, dried, degassed or sterilised under vacuum.

As an experienced partner in plant engineering, we manufacture vacuum vessels for industrial use from stainless steel, steel and special materials. Design, manufacture and documentation are precisely tailored to your process parameters and, where required, in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

Safety and Certifications at Albrecht

  • DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality Management
  • AD 2000 Information Sheet HP0: Manufacture of pressure equipment
  • Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) CE marking
  • TÜV-certified welding personnel and supervision
  • EN 1090 EXC3 load-bearing components
  • In-house non-destructive testing (e.g. ultrasonic)

A selection from our range of vacuum containers

What types of vacuum containers do we offer?

Our vacuum vessels cover a wide range of applications – from simple vacuum tanks to complex apparatus for industrial processes. Each vacuum vessel is individually designed and precisely engineered to withstand the mechanical stresses caused by negative pressure. Among other things, we manufacture:

Vacuum vessels & vacuum tanks

For industrial applications, we develop vacuum vessels designed to withstand external atmospheric pressure on a long-term basis. Whether as process vessels, collection vessels or vacuum tanks: wall thicknesses, reinforcements and internal fittings are calculated with precision.

Vacuum vessels & process equipment

For demanding applications, we manufacture vacuum vessels and equipment for thermal, chemical or mechanical processes. These are used, for example, in drying, degassing or process engineering.

Sterilisation chambers

For hygienic applications, we develop sterilisation chambers that operate under vacuum or under varying pressure conditions. They are custom-designed to suit specific process sequences, media and temperature ranges.
