Our heat exchangers are individually designed for industrial applications in plant engineering. They are precisely tailored to the medium, temperature, pressure and performance requirements. Whether it is a conventional shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a U-tube heat exchanger, an evaporator or a condenser: we design and manufacture bespoke solutions for reliable thermal processes.

As an experienced partner in plant engineering, we manufacture heat exchangers from stainless steel, steel and special materials. Design, manufacture and documentation are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and, where required, in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

What types of heat exchangers do we offer?

Our heat exchangers cover a wide range of industrial applications. Depending on the process requirements, we produce a variety of designs that are optimally tailored to heat transfer, pressure conditions and the fluids involved. Among other things, we manufacture:

Tube-and-shell heat exchanger

The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is one of the most tried and tested designs in plant engineering. It is suitable for high pressures, temperatures and demanding media, and is frequently used in the chemical, power generation and process engineering sectors.

U-tube heat exchanger

U-tube heat exchangers offer advantages in terms of thermal linear expansion and are particularly easy to maintain. They are the preferred choice for applications involving fluctuating temperature loads.

Evaporators & Condensers

For thermal processes, we manufacture evaporators and condensers that are specifically designed to evaporate or condense fluids. These units are custom-designed, including as part of complex process plants or in combination with pressure or vacuum conditions.

Our design team handles the complete design of your heat exchanger, including thermal calculations, strength analyses and pressure design in accordance with AD 2000, the Pressure Equipment Directive and your specific process requirements.
