Turning & Mechanical Machining
Dimensional stability in turned parts, precisely fitted functional surfaces and consistent quality: Albrecht produces precision-machined components for mechanical engineering, plant engineering and tank construction.
Precision components for demanding applications
Turning is one of the core machining processes at Albrecht. Wherever rotationally symmetrical components with tight tolerances are required, our mechanical machining ensures dimensional accuracy and operational reliability.
Whether flanges, shafts, bushings or complex fasteners, we manufacture to drawings, specifications or samples.
Typical workpiece diameters and lengths as per project requirements.
Tolerances in accordance with drawing specifications and technical specifications.
High dimensional accuracy and repeatability
Machining even the most challenging materials
In-house processing
Short response times thanks to our own stock of materials
Once turning is complete, all further processing takes place directly at Albrecht. This includes milling, drilling, countersinking, thread cutting, as well as weld edge finishing and surface preparation. Turned components are integrated into our assembly production without any external interfaces – efficiently, precisely and on schedule.
Turned components often form the basis for flange connections, pressure components, shafts or bearing housings in plant and vessel construction. At Albrecht, these are transformed into complete assemblies, from the raw material through to cutting and machining, right through to welding, blasting or pickling. All processes are optimally coordinated with one another.
Albrecht maintains extensive stocks of steel, stainless steel and selected special materials. This high level of material availability enables short response times and reliable planning, even for spare parts required at short notice or project-critical components.
Our turning operations are CNC-controlled and carried out with process reliability. Integration into our modern machinery enables reproducible results and cost-effective production – from individual parts to series production.
The close integration with cutting processes, milling, welding, blasting and pickling creates an efficient end-to-end process, resulting in components ready for installation.
Quality and Control
Our machining processes are carried out in accordance with clearly defined quality standards. Particularly for safety-critical applications, we ensure full traceability and documented inspection processes.
Complete production and inspection documentation can be provided for each project, such as material certificates or welding documentation.
