Design, manufacture and documentation for adsorbers

Our adsorbers are individually designed for industrial applications in plant engineering. They are used wherever substances need to be selectively bound to solid surfaces, for example for the purification, treatment or recovery of media in technical processes.

As an experienced partner in plant engineering, we manufacture adsorbers from stainless steel, steel and special materials. Design, manufacture and documentation are precisely tailored to the medium, temperature, pressure, flow rate and the adsorption material used; where required, this is also carried out in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

Safety and Certifications at Albrecht

  • DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality Management
  • AD 2000 Information Sheet HP0: Manufacture of pressure equipment
  • Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) CE marking
  • TÜV-certified welding personnel and supervision
  • EN 1090 EXC3 load-bearing components
  • In-house non-destructive testing (e.g. ultrasonic testing)

A selection from our range of adsorbers

What types of adsorbers do we offer?

Our adsorbers are individually designed to suit the specific process requirements. Their design, dimensions and internal configuration depend on the substance system, the adsorbent and the operating conditions. Among other things, we manufacture:

Gas adsorber

Gas adsorbers are used to remove undesirable components from gas or vapour streams – for example, for exhaust air purification or process gas treatment. They are designed to ensure uniform flow and optimum contact times.

Liquid adsorber

For liquid media, we develop adsorbents that specifically bind dissolved substances, for example for product purification, decolourisation or the treatment of process media.

Process & Specialised Adsorbers

To meet specific requirements in plant engineering, we manufacture bespoke adsorbers with customised internals, distribution systems and support structures for adsorption media, precisely tailored to your plant.
