Design, manufacture and documentation for mixing vessels

Our agitated vessels are custom-designed to meet your process requirements, ranging from standard agitated tanks to complex mixing reactors. Whether as a vessel with an agitator, a heated agitated vessel or a pressure vessel with an agitator: we develop, manufacture and document complete agitated vessels for industrial applications.

For decades, we have been manufacturing agitated vessels from stainless steel, carbon steel and special materials, precisely tailored to the medium, temperature, pressure and mixing task. Design and manufacture are carried out in accordance with applicable standards and, where required, in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

Safety and Certifications at Albrecht

  • DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality Management
  • AD 2000 Information Sheet HP0: Manufacture of pressure equipment
  • Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) CE marking
  • TÜV-certified welding personnel and welding supervision
  • EN 1090 EXC3 load-bearing components
  • In-house non-destructive testing (e.g. ultrasonic)

A selection from our range of mixing vessels

What types of mixing vessels do we offer?

Our mixing vessels are used wherever media need to be reliably mixed, homogenised, dissolved or temperature-controlled. Whether used as mixing vessels, agitator vessels or mixing reactors, they are designed precisely to suit the specific process. Among other things, we manufacture:

Mixing vessels & mixing tanks

For liquid or viscous media, we develop agitated tanks and mixing vessels that ensure uniform mixing. Depending on the application, we integrate suitable agitators, internals, connections and instrumentation.

Mixing reactors & process vessels

We manufacture mixing reactors and process vessels for chemical, thermal or reactive processes. On request, these can be manufactured as pressure vessels with agitators, including design calculations, testing and approval.

Heated mixing vessels

Where processes require temperature control, we design heated agitated vessels with heating or cooling jackets, double jackets or integrated heat exchangers, precisely tailored to your operating parameters.

Overview of sheet metal working

Quality & Control

When it comes to mixing vessels, quality is key to process reliability and product quality. That is why we document every stage of production in full, from the incoming materials inspection right through to final acceptance.

You will receive, amongst other things: material certificates, welding documentation, test reports, calculation documents, pressure tests, as well as CE or TÜV approvals: complete, traceable and compliant with standards.
