ALBRECHT EXHAUST PIPES
Discharge pipes must be precisely tailored to the technical requirements of the respective plant. Dimensions, materials, loads and safety requirements determine their design and construction.
Albrecht handles the entire process, from engineering and manufacture through to quality assurance and delivery. Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, numerous process steps can be carried out directly in-house.
TAILORED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Our discharge pipes are manufactured to order for specific projects. Their design and construction are determined by the area of application, operating conditions and the relevant technical requirements.
In-house project management
Technical coordination by experienced engineers.
High level of vertical integration
In-house cutting, machining and manufacturing.
Certified quality
Comprehensive testing procedures for complex designs.
Project logistics
Consideration is also given to the transport and delivery of large components.
MATERIALS EXPERTISE
The material used depends on the medium, operating conditions and design requirements.
For discharge pipes that have already been installed, for example, 1.4301 stainless steel was used.
REFERENCES
For the pumping station of a natural gas pipeline, Albrecht produced, amongst other things, a 35-metre-long discharge pipe made of 1.4301 stainless steel, weighing around 10 tonnes.
The design posed particular challenges in terms of manufacturing and engineering. The freestanding discharge pipe was fitted with, amongst other things, a hydraulic vibration damper and signallighting for air traffic control, and was designed to withstand the relevant load scenarios.
At Albrecht, all stages of production mesh together perfectly
Albrecht has been in business for over 390 years! Our expertise in sheet metal working therefore goes far beyond our 70 years’ experience in tank manufacturing.
