Our gas scrubbers are individually designed for industrial applications in plant engineering. They are used to reliably clean exhaust and process gases by removing pollutants, dust or soluble components from the gas stream.
As an experienced partner in plant engineering, we manufacture gas scrubbers from stainless steel, steel and special materials. Design, manufacture and documentation are precisely tailored to the gas composition, flow rate, temperature and pressure – and, where required, in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU).

We can also carry out oxy-fuel cutting, turning, milling, drilling, grinding, blasting, painting and pickling.

You will receive: material certificates, welding documentation, test reports, calculation documents and CE or TÜV approvals – all complete, traceable and compliant with standards.
Our design team will handle the complete design of your gas scrubber, including fluid dynamics analysis, structural strength calculations and, where required, pressure vessel design in accordance with AD 2000 and the Pressure Equipment Directive.
